This farm is an extremely nice drip irrigated farm in Hale County Texas. There are 3 irrigation wells. 2 wells produce approximately 400 gallons of water per minute. The other well has not been used in a while and needs bailing and a smaller pump. This hole is good and straight and just needs a little work before using it.
All 3 wells are tied together and can provide water into two separate drip fields, or all water can go to one drip field. There are two drip filtration stations protected by metal sheds. A line of trees divides the west side from the east side. The west side has approximately 100 acres on 40" drip spacing. The east side has 20 acres on 40"- 40"- 80" spacing, and another field of drip on 40" - 40" - 80" spacing under the grass in the northeast part of the farm. The southeast field is furrow watered or farmed dryland. The 2024 crop is excluded. All pumps and drip equipment convey with the sale.
