Description:
This is an extremely nice, irrigated farm in Hale County Texas. There are 3 irrigation wells. All wells are tiled together and can provide water into two separate drip fields, or all into one drip field. The wells produce approximately 400 gallons of water per minute. There are two filtration systems protected by metal sheds. A tree line divides the west side from the east side. The west side has approximately 100 acres of drip on 40" spacing. The east side has 20 acres on 40"-40"-80" spacing, and another field of drip on 40"-40"-80" spacing under the grass in the northeast part of the farm. The southeast field is furrow irrigated or farmed dryland. The 2025 crop is excluded. All pumps and drip equipment are conveyed with the sale. See attached soil map that shows 66.5% Pullman clay loam with 0-1% slopes, and 44.5 acres of Olton loam with 0-3% slopes. See attached maps and USDA information for bases and yields.
