Auction Terms
These 2 tracts of land will be sold at auction on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 at 10:00 am. Tract 1 will sell first, followed by Tract 2. The land will be sold "AS IS" with all faults. The Seller will have 30 minutes after the sale or last bid to accept or reject any or all bids. Buyer and Seller will sign a Texas Farm & Ranch Contract immediately after the sale. Buyer is required to pay 10% of the total sales price for earnest money day of sale, and close and fund the transaction within 45 days after the auction date. Countywide Title Company of Plainview, TX will provide a receipt for earnest money and will handle the title work and closing. Seller will provide title insurance and deed preparation. No survey will be furnished. Buyer will have 5 days after receiving the commitment and exception documents to object to defects, exceptions, or incumbrances to title disclosed in the commitment. Buyer's possession of property will occur upon closing and funding. Closing will be scheduled on or before November 8, 2024. Taxes will be prorated.
