Legal Description: Part of the South/2, Section 68, Block B-3, Swisher County Texas, containing 120 acres more or less.

Location: From Tulia Texas, approximately 10 miles east/southeast on State highway 86 to FM 2301, then north on 2301 for 7 miles. FM 2301 will curve to the north, but continue east of off highway for ½ mile. The 120 acres is on the north side of County Road O. (County Road marked CR 179 on one map)
