Legal Description: AB 1325, Section 2, Block O-6, Except North/Part of NE/4, 566.71 acres, and AB 1325, North/Part of NE/4, Section 2, Block O-6, 73.29 acres, for a total of 640 acres, more or less, Hale County Texas.
Location: Approximately 5 miles north of Halfway Texas on the west side of FM 179, with County Road 50 being the south boundary, and County Road H as the west boundary.


Description: This section of irrigated land has 7 irrigation wells that are producing a total of approximately 750 gallons of water per minute. The wells are all equipped with electric submergible pumps and are in good condition. The Valley Sprinkler System is a 1991 year model, 17 towers, and in good condition. There is a nice barbed wire fence on the north boundary. A 24’x 32’ shop building with concrete floor is near the old home site in the northeast quarter. There is also a Quonset barn constructed with wood frame. The house has previously burned.
