Location: Approximately 18 miles west of Plainview Texas on Highway 70 to County Road B, then one mile North on County Road B to the SE/corner of the property. View plat map to help with location.

Description: This property consists of two quarter sections that are caddy cornered. These quarter sections have been farmed together for several years. The underground tile line connects the wells and everything is tied together with all plastic tile lines. There are 7 irrigation wells that are equipped with 1- 5 HP, 1- 7.5 HP, 1- 10 HP, 2- 15 HP, and 2-20 HP electric submergible pumps. The wells are producing a total of approximately 400 gallons of water per minute. As typical in many areas, the wells start off strong and weaken some later in the year. The sprinklers are nozzled at 400 gpm. There are two Zimmatic pivot sprinkler systems. One is a 1997 model, and one is a 2007 model. The land is mostly level, good soils, and everything appears to be in good working condition.

Grain Sorghum, cotton, and wheat are the current crops raised on this farm. The owner has been farming it and may plant wheat for a cover crop on part of it.
