Location: From Plainview Texas, go northwest on State Highway 194 approximately 5 miles from I-27.

Legal Description: SW/4, Section 6, Block C-3, Abstract 2104, containing 160 acres, more or less, and SE/4, Section 6, Block C-3, Abstract 1923, South of RR, containing 140.86 acres, more or less, and Abstract 2481, Block C-3, Section 6, North/2, South of RR, containing 60.5 acres, more or less, for a total of 361.36 acres, more or less, all situated in Hale County Texas.

Description: This is a nice farm located in north central Hale County, only 5 miles northwest of Plainview Texas. Excellent access is provided by State Highway 194 on the North boundary, County Road R on the east boundary, and County Roads also on the west and south boundaries. There are 5 wells that are producing a total of 218 gallons of water per minute to the pivot.
