Description: This is a very nice, clean, high yielding, half section of irrigated farmland. Ten year yield history for cotton is over 1000 pounds per acre. Take a look at the APH yields and you will see the yields are much higher for the last 4 years. You would be hard pressed to find a cleaner farm. All submersible well pumps have been replaced within the last couple of years. Farm to Market road 1071 provides excellent access to the north boundary. County Road Elm is the west boundary.
