US Highway 70 is located on the north side of this tract and CR 100 is located on the south side.  Elm Road is located on the east side.

Description:
The tract is irregular in shape and is utilized as partially irrigated cropland. There are 195 acres under the pivot. The balance is considered dry cropland. Topography is level to slightly sloping.  Approximately 77% of this tract has 0 - 1% slopes. The balance has     1 - 3% slopes and a 29 acre playa lake. The playa lake is located in the northern part of the tract. There is some slope towards the playa.

The property has Olton loam, Lofton clay loam and Pullman clay loam (0 - 1% slope); Olton loam (1 -3% slopes).  The playa lake has Randall Clay soils.  The soils on this tract are class II & III irrigated soils and class III non-irrigated soils, excluding the playa lake. 

Water:
There are 5 irrigation wells on this tract.  They have submersible pumps powered by electricity. These wells are estimated to be approximately 350 feet deep.

These wells produce approximately 400 gallons per minute total.
