Legal Description: South/Part, Section 60, Block A-1, Abstract 1507, Hale County Texas, containing 190 acres, more or less, and the SW/C of Section 18, Block JK-2, Abstract 2014, Hale County Texas, containing 143.75 acres, more or less, for a total of 333.75 acres, more or less.
Location: Southwest of Plainview Texas approximately 3 miles, with Sun Road on the west boundary, and County Road 115 between the 190 acres and the 143.75 acres.

Description: This is a nice farm with 45 acres of drip installed in 2015 on 40” spacing. There are 4 wells that are producing a total of approximately 275 gallons of water per minute according to tenant. The well pumps include 2-10 HP, and 2-20 HP electric submergible pumps. The wells are all around 300’ depth. All wells are tied together with 8” PVC underground tile. A 7 tower Zimmatic sprinkler system with tall tires is available on the north part. The current tenant owns a natural gas engine that has a 75 KW generator that powers all 4 wells, booster pump on sprinkler, and booster pump on drip system. This motor and generator will be sold separately from the property. The drip system has a metal cover over the control station. There are 190 acres on the north side of County Road 115 with 2 wells and sprinkler system. There is also a 10 acre area that was previously a vineyard that has some trees and still has most of the stakes in place. The drip is located on the south side of CR 115. The south 143.75 acres has 2 wells, drip system, and 24 acres of grass that is not enrolled in the CRP program. The soils include 100% Pullman clay loam with 0 to 1% slopes.
