The wells are both equipped with turbine pumps and natural gas engines. The tenant owns the natural gas engines. The pumps are owned by the Sellers and will convey with the land. Well depths are approximately 315’. Electricity is close and the pumps could easily be converted to electric submergible pumps in the future. The land is in the shape of a rectangle, and is long and narrow.
