Legal Description: S/2 and NE/4, Section 94, Block A, Swisher County Texas, containing 480 acres more or less.

Location: 5 miles north of Claytonville TX on FM 2301, then 1 mile east on County Road U to the SW corner of property. County Road 26 is the east boundary.

Description: This is a nice CRP property located in the SE quadrant of Swisher County Texas. There are 398.44 acres enrolled. The annual payment is $13,948.00, and the contract expires on 9/30/2020. The remaining 81.56+/- acres consist of mostly playa lake bottom and other grass. The grass is in good condition and would make an excellent cattle place after the CRP expires. While there is a large playa lake bottom, it also provides excellent grazing for cattle. An older house and outbuildings are located on the east side. There is a good domestic well here to supply cattle/domestic use water. A windmill is located near the SW part in unknown condition, but believed to be a good hole. Other wells are scattered that also could be repaired for cattle water if needed. Soil types include 54.4% Pullman clay loam with 0-1% slopes, 21.2% Pullman clay loam with 1-3% slopes, 12.5% RaA (playa lake bottom) and 11.8% Lofton clay loam.
