Location: From Kress Texas, 2 ½ miles west on FM 145, then 3 miles south on CR 12, then ½ mile west on County Road. Property will be on the north side of road.

Legal Description: SW/4, Section 65, Block M-13, Swisher County Texas, containing 162.75 acres more or less.

Description: This is a nice quarter section located in the south central portion of Swisher County Texas, only a couple miles north of the Hale County line. Good access is provided by County Roads. There are two irrigation wells that have not been used in recent years. There are no pumps in the wells. These wells should produce some water with pumps installed. A large tail water pit is located near the NW portion that could also contribute water for crops. The land is currently leased for farming through December 31, 2016.
