Legal Description: 100+/- Acres, Survey 36, Abstract 1243, T & P RR Co, Motley County Texas.

Location: As a Crow flies, approximately 5-6 miles SE of Quitaque Texas. By vehicle, head east of Quitaque on FM 86 to FM 599. Turn south on FM 599 and continue to County Road 160. Turn West on County Road 160 and follow CR 160 until it turns to the north. The land is west and south of this turn. Watch for sign.  County Road 162 is the north boundary. County Road 123 is the NE boundary.
