Location: This property is conveniently located with Elm Street as the west boundary and FM 2286 the NE boundary. It is just one block north of E 12th Street.

Description: This land lies in an L shape and could be used for farming, ranching or grazing, hay production, or many other uses. Cotton, wheat, grain sorghum, triticale, and corn would be typical crops for this area. The land could be furrow irrigated, or an excellent place to install drip tape.
The water wells have been measured by the Water District personnel and they determined that the west well is open to approximately 300’ with the water level at 214’.
