Location: Approximately 4 ½ miles west of Finney Switch to County Road R, then one mile north on County Road R to the SW/corner of farm. County Road 20 is the south boundary.

Description: This is a very nice irrigated farm located in the north central part of Hale County Texas. Soil types consist of mainly Pullman clay loam with 0-1% slopes. View soil map included with the information packet on my website. The land is mostly level, with one very small playa lake on the west side. There are 3 irrigation wells on the property. All wells are equipped with 3 phase electric submergible pumps. The north well is the best well and is producing approximately 400-425 gallons of water per minute. This well has a depth of 408 feet with the pump set at 405’. It is powered by a 50HP pump. The previous tenants have been using the north well to provide water to the north pivot. This pivot is a Valley, 7 tower, long drops, with small tires, and is nozzled at 400 gallons per minute. The middle well is producing approximately 200 gallons of water per minute with a 30 HP electric submergible pump.  It is combined with the south well and supplies water to the south sprinkler. The south well is producing approximately 100-110 gallons of water per minute at a depth of 340’. It is also powered by a 30 HP pump. The south sprinkler is nozzled at 300 gallons per minute. An electrical line with double poles crosses the land on the north part. Some acres are watered with underground line/pipe/poly. The wells are all tied together so a person could shift approximately 700 gallons of water to one pivot if necessary. The sprinklers do not have booster pumps.
